Warren Bankston (Warren Stephen Bankston) was born on July 22, 1947 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After going to high school at Hammond (LA), Bankston attended Tulane University. Bankston made his professional debut in the NFL in 1969 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Oakland Raiders and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 10 year career.

Most people believe that 1971 was Warren Bankston's best year.
