Walter Packer (Walter Packer) was born on November 7, 1955 in Leakesville, Mississippi. After going to high school at Leakesville (MS), Packer attended Mississippi State University. Packer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1977 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for his entire 1 year career.
