Walt Vezmar (Walter Vezmar) was born on January 1, 1925 in Detroit, Michigan. After going to high school at Northeastern (Detroit, MI), Vezmar attended Michigan State University. Vezmar made his professional debut in the NFL in 1946 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1946 was Walt Vezmar's best year.
