Wally Mcillwain (Wallace Wesley McIllwain) was born on January 20, 1903 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Shields (Deerfield IL), Mcillwain attended the University of Illinois. Mcillwain made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Racine Tornadoes. He played for the Racine Tornadoes for his entire 1 year career.
