Well it’s been a little while since I last did this, but for those who remember this is Walker’s Rants.  Took a little time off for the summer, and because Baseball and NASCAR don’t provide enough material for me to talk about because with Walker’s Rants you bring it hard or you get the F@&* out. I had a feeling that comment would perk your interest. Such a hater. Remember Stewart has a top 5 finish at the Indy 500 and he had a second race to go to that day

Culpepper was good when he wasn't injured. If he stays fit it could be a decent coup for the Raiders. Especially if Russell doesn't turn up - which in my opinion is a disgrace, by the way.

Football season needs to be short. If there were 20 or 30 games it would saturate the market. What makes it great is a 2 or 3 game win or losing streak can affect an entire season.

It's actually kinda nostalgic to see the Raiders become once again the NFL equivalent of the home for wayward children that nobody else wants. Al Davis should be proud. It's almost a shame they traded away Randy Moss - it would almost be worth it to watch Moss and Culpeper go at each other, this time in black and silver.
