Waddy Kuehl

Waddy Kuehl (Ray Otto Kuehl) was born on February 12, 1893 in Davenport, Iowa. After going to high school at Central (Davenport, IL), Kuehl attended St. Ambrose University. Kuehl made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Rock Island Independents. He played in the APFA for 2 years, playing for the Detroit Tigers and Rock Island Independents over the course of his 2 year APFA career.Kuehl also played in the NFL for 3 years, playing for the Dayton Triangles, Rock Island Independents and Buffalo All-Americans over the course of his 3 year NFL career.
