Waddell Smith (James Waddell Smith) was born on August 24, 1955 in New Orleans, Louisiana. After going to high school at Manual Arts (Los Angeles, CA), Smith attended Los Angeles Southwest College and the University of Kansas. Smith made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Dallas Cowboys. He has played for the New York Jets and Dallas Cowboys over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1984 was Waddell Smith's best year.
