Vivian Hultman (Vivian Joseph Hultman) was born on January 26, 1903 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Hultman attended Michigan State University. Hultman made his professional debut in the NFL in 1925 with the Detroit Panthers. He played for the Detroit Panthers and Pottsville Maroons over the course of his 3 year career.
