Vito Ananis (Vito Francis Ananis) was born on January 25, 1915 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. After going to high school at Rindge Technical (Cambridge, MA) and Worcester (MA) Academy, Ananis attended Boston College. Ananis made his professional debut in the NFL in 1945 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 1 year career.
