Virgil Lindahl (Virgil Youngquist Lindahl) was born on March 14, 1919 in Tilden, Nebraska. Lindahl attended the University of Kentucky and Wayne State College. Lindahl made his professional debut in the NFL in 1945 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 1 year career.
