this guy has absolutely no idea who to implement a concept to a team, and build around it. He has the same idiotic mentality as the owner Dan Snyder. Giving up countless draft pick for washed up players who end up leaving the team the following year (i.e. Jason Taylor). He has single handedly been a huge factor in the Redskins continuous loss of fan support.
