Vince Young is in the Game

Tennessee Titans coach Jeff Fisher is defying the pundits who said that rookie quarterback Vince Young would not play until late this season, if he played at all. In their first game of the season, Fisher inserted Young into the game in the second quarter in relief of veteran Kerry Collins, who had completed just four out of his first 10 pass attempts for 37 yards.
Young completed the first three pass attempts of his professional career for 27 yards before throwing an interception. Former Titan Andre Dyson picked off the underthrown pass, which was intended for David Givens.
UPDATE: On the next possession, Fisher put Collins back in the game. Collins threw an interception to Dyson on his first attempt, and the crowd is starting to boo.
