Vince Sites (Vincent Joseph Sites) was born on July 9, 1912 in Pittston, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at St. John's (Pittston, PA) and Wyoming Seminary (PA), Sites attended the University of Pittsburgh. Sites made his professional debut in the NFL in 1936 with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He played for the Pittsburgh Pirates for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1936 was Vince Sites's best year.
