Vince Mazza (Vincent L. Mazza) was born on March 25, 1925 in Niagara Falls, New York. After going to high school at Trott Vocational (Niagara Falls, NY), Mazza attended none. Mazza made his professional debut in the NFL in 1945 with the Detroit Lions. He played in the NFL for 2 years, playing for the Detroit Lions the entire time. Mazza also played in the AAFC for 3 years, playing for the Buffalo Bills the entire time.

Most people believe that 1947 was Vince Mazza's best year.
