The Dunk is an over-rated move. It really desroyed the jump shot, which has caused a decrease in the quality of the game.

That's true, but this is really cool.

That was nice, but the dunk itself was practically the same T-Mac's off-the-glass jam at the ASG -- except McGrady did his against actual NBA players. Of course, since Tracy's came at the All-Star Game, the And 1 guy was probably facing stiffer defense at the time...

there is better stuff on the AND1 mixtapes, if you want some good stuff check out volume 4, Hot Sauce is in his prime in that one its great.
