Victor Scott (Victor Ramone Scott) was born on June 1, 1962 in East St. Louis, Illinois. After going to high school at East St. Louis (IL), Scott attended the University of Colorado. Scott made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1985 was Victor Scott's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown.
