Victor Perry (Victor Antonio Perry) was born on February 26, 1964 in Fitzgerald, Georgia. After going to high school at Fitzgerald (GA), Perry attended the University of Georgia. Perry made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
