Victor Jackson (Victor Alan Jackson) was born on August 6, 1959 in Princess Anne, Maryland. After going to high school at Duval (Seabrook, MD), Jackson attended Bowie State University. Jackson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Los Angeles Raiders and Indianapolis Colts over the course of his 2 year career.
