Victor Hicks (Victor Lonell Hicks) was born on January 19, 1957 in Lubbock, Texas. After going to high school at Estacado (Lubbock, TX), Hicks attended the University of Oklahoma. Hicks made his professional debut in the NFL in 1980 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Los Angeles Rams for his entire 1 year career.
