Victor Heflin (Victor Heflin) was born on July 7, 1960 in Springfield, Massachusetts. After going to high school at Wayne (Huber Heights, OH), Heflin attended Delaware State University. Heflin made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1984 was Victor Heflin's best year.
