Victor Bailey (Victor L. Bailey) was born on July 30, 1970 in Fort Worth, Texas. After going to high school at Dunbar (Fort Worth, TX), Bailey attended the University of Missouri and the University of Texas-El Paso. Bailey made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs over the course of his 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1993 was Victor Bailey's best year, as he hauled in 41 receptions and had 545 receiving yards.
