Born on August 8, 1932 in Havana, Cuba, Vicente Amor (Vicente (Alvarez) Amor) played for the Chicago Cubs and Cincinnati Reds over the course of his 2 year career. Amor broke into the bigs on April 16, 1955 with the Chicago Cubs.
