Vic Reuter (Victor John Reuter) was born on December 1, 1909 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. After going to high school at Battin (PA), Reuter attended Lafayette College. Reuter made his professional debut in the NFL in 1932 with the Staten Island Stapletons. He played for the Staten Island Stapletons for his entire 1 year career.
