Vic Correll (Victor Crosby Correll) was born on February 5, 1946 in Washington, D.C.. He made his Major League debut on October 4, 1972 for the Boston Red Sox. In 1974, his rookie year, he hit .238 with 4 home runs and 29 RBI. Correll played for the Boston Red Sox, Atlanta Braves and Cincinnati Reds over the course of his 8 year career.
