We all know the sad story that has become Mark Prior. Here is an extremely informative step by step video which breaks down just how the Pitchers mechanics have changed over the years and can shed some light on his injuries and inneffectiveness of late.
Mark, clearly is not what he once was, and it is sad but true that he may never regain his old form again. Here is hoping that he can make a qick recovery and prove all the doubters wrong.
