Vernon Maxwell

Vernon Maxwell (Vernon Leroy Maxwell) was born on October 25, 1961 in Birmingham, Alabama. After going to high school at Verbum Dei (Los Angeles, CA), Maxwell attended Arizona State University. Maxwell made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the Baltimore Colts. He played for the Detroit Lions, Seattle Seahawks, Indianapolis Colts and Baltimore Colts over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1983 was Vernon Maxwell's best year, as he recorded 11 sacks.
