Vernon Joines (Vernon Willis Joines) was born on June 20, 1965 in Charlotte, North Carolina. After going to high school at Southwestern (Baltimore, MD), Joines attended the University of Maryland. Joines made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1990 was Vernon Joines's best year.
