Vernon Carey (Vernon A. Carey) was born on July 13, 1981. After going to high school at Northwestern (Miami, FL), Carey attended the University of Miami. Carey made his professional debut in the NFL in 2004 with the Miami Dolphins. He has played for the Miami Dolphins for his entire 3 year career.
