Vashone Adams (Vashone LaRey Adams) was born on September 12, 1973 in Aurora, Colorado. After going to high school at Overland Christian (Overland, KS), Adams attended Butte JC, Eastern Michigan University and Fort Hays State University. Adams made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the New Orleans Saints, Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns over the course of his 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1996 was Vashone Adams's best year.
