Van Hiles (Lavanda Van Hiles) was born on November 1, 1975 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After going to high school at Episcopal (Baton Rouge, LA), Hiles attended the University of Kentucky. Hiles made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 1 year career.
