Very good question. I'm not a sysop or anything, but I think he idea of a "New Voices on the Net" is a good one. We limit to people with 10 or less postings. Must be 1000 words or more. Then give them a slot on the front page for a week.

People aren't writing. Without writing, there's no traffic.

Wikia hasn't been around to boost site features and capabilities. In fact, a lot of the old features like pick 'em and things along that line, are no longer functional.

Some of try to contribute a little...but real life makes that difficult.

Have you tried recording your records digitally in a lossless format like .flac? Takes a lot of time and effort but it forces you to listen to all of your albums that you record all the way through. I have been trying to record all of my old blues albums since I got a new turntable for christmas. I have finished with my Delta Blues albums and moved on to my Chicago blues like Buddy Guy and Muddy.
