Thanks, but I got most of mine from a column in the Winnipeg Sun by Stephen Ripley, so the credit should go to him. Being Canadian athlete/soldiers, it would be more appropriate to honour them on Rememberance Day (Nov. 11th) as we do not celebrate Memorial Day, but one you should add to your list is Hobey Baker. It was good to see you include Tom Landry in your article, I had the pleasure and honour of meeting him and his wife back in the mid 90's. If I ever get the time I'll post the story as it was rather interesting circumstances.
