Favorite MomentOctober 8th, 2005. Ohio State at Penn State. ESPNs Cold Pizza and College GameDay in town. Cold and misty weather. Waiting in line for 6+ hours for close seats. Penn State defeats Ohio State 17-10 and declares WE ARE...BACK!
Worst MomentI'd like to say October 23rd, 1993 but I wasn't quite 9 years old yet so I don't remember much except hating Joe Carter and Mitch Williams. I'd have to say my worst sports moment was May 26th, 2000. I was at Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Devils and Flyers held at the First Union Center (now Wachovia Center). The game was tied in the 3rd, 1-1. With less than 3 mins. in the game (2 mins. 32 secs to be exact) the Patrik Elias scored his 2nd goal of the game. The Flyers lost and the Devils went on to win the Stanley Cup. The Flyers had been winning the series 3-1. Honorable mention: 1994 final college football poll (Nebraska over PSU...what crap)
Favorite AthletesZach Thomas, LB, Miami Dolphins. He's one of the best LBs in the history of the NFL and he is classy on and off the field. He is charitable. He uses his fame and fortune for good purposes.
Least Favorite AthletesBill Belichick. Not an athlete but I still despise him. Why? He's classless, disrespectful, arrogant, and a cheater.

About MeI'm a HUGE sports fan and can watch almost anything sport live or on TV, except soccer. Sorry soccer fans I just can't get into it. Anyway, I was born about an hour northwest of Philadelphia and was raised an avid Philly sports fan except for the Eagles, whom I despise (long story). I'm just as tortured by my NFL team of choice, the Dolphins, who have missed the playoffs 6 straight years and have never played in a Super Bowl since I've been a fan. I played ice hockey and football in high school and I was also in the concert band. I am engaged to my girlfriend of 3 years and we will be getting married on July 4th, 2009. We both graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in meteorology in May 2007. She is now a master's student in atmospheric science at Purdue. I followed her to Indiana and currently work for the Indiana State Climate Office located on the Purdue Campus.
