Urban Odson (Urban L. Odson) was born on November 17, 1918 in Clark, South Dakota. Odson attended the University of Minnesota. Odson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1946 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 4 year career.

Most people believe that 1949 was Urban Odson's best year.
