Ben Sheets is viewed by the masses in the fantasy world as the injury prone Mark Prior type who cannot be counted on to be the ace of your fantasy staff. While his injuries have certainly been heartbreaking to Ben's owners over the last few years it is certainly a good idea to see how his health will hold up during this years spring training. When healthy Ben has an array of pitching skills that are matched only by Johan Santana. However, even Johan cannot match the command that Ben has over the strike zone. In over 100 IP last year Ben managed a mere 11 walks folks. Thats right. As i mention on www.fangini.com ,the only thing between Ben and Mr. Cy Young are the initials D.L.
