On the opening day of Greensomes at the All-Star Cup between the USA and Europe, at Celtic Manor, Europe took a big lead over their American visitors.
It is a charity golf event held specially for British television, with celebrities taking part from both sides of the Atlantic.
There were five matches taking places, with each hole carrying a point. In the event of a halve, the point is shared. The winning mark is 90.5.

So, a good start for Europe.
It got no better for USA, as US Captain Todd Hamilton lost to European Captain, Colin Montgomerie in a closest to the pin shot.
The US Shots of the Day saw Jane Seymour and Alice Cooper chip in from off the green.
The European star was the 78-year-old Bruce Forsyth, who after playing a Gary Player-esque 220-yard 3-wood from a fairway bunker - the ball finished within 10 feet - he held out on some massive putts on the greens.
Day 2 will show 5 foursomes contests.
