Tuineau Alipate (Tuineau Alipate) was born on August 21, 1967 in Union City, California. After going to high school at Logan (Union City, CA), Alipate attended Washington State Universtiy. Alipate made his professional debut in the NFL in 1994 with the New York Jets. He played for the Minnesota Vikings and New York Jets over the course of his 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1994 was Tuineau Alipate's best year.
