Tsuyoshi Shinjo (Tsuyoshi Shinjo) was born on January 28, 1972 in Osaka, Japan. He made his Major League debut on April 3, 2001 for the New York Mets. In 2001, his rookie year, he hit .268 with 10 home runs and 56 RBI. Shinjo played for the New York Mets and San Francisco Giants over the course of his 3 year career.
