Troy West (Troy H. West) was born on August 26, 1961 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Covina (CA), West attended Mount San Antonio College and the University of Southern California. West made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
