Trizz's BCS Playoffs

What a great season it has been so far, we seen more teams go down more than(insert joke here) anyway the BCS has lost more credibility than ever because they continue to say that one team is the best in the nation and the next week they aren't. A simple solution would be add a playoffs but apparently the BCS is run by Jim Mora Sr. I came up with a playoff of some sort already and its just about finished its not what people expected but its the closest to a playoff you're going to get....so without further ado here is Trizz's BCS Playoffs

Instead of teams you have matchups as seeds. The matchups are possible championship games from week 6 of the BCS up until now. The most favored matchup is No. 1 the least is No. 8, some can argue certain matchups should be in the playoffs but I dont feel like going truly in depth(especially if only 10 people bother reading it) and it is the BCS, leaving teams out is their forte....

No. 1 Seed- LSU vs Ohio State
No. 2 Seed- Ohio State vs Kansas
No. 3 Seed- LSU vs Kansas
No. 4 Seed- Ohio State vs WVU
No. 5 Seed- LSU vs Mizzou
No. 6 Seed- Mizzou vs WVU
No. 7 Seed- Ohio State vs Missouri
No. 8 Seed- WVU vs LSU

Analysis:
First Round
No.1 v No.8- Like an NFC Championship game, you just about know whoever won this round would lose the next so I just went with LSU vs Ohio State, why not.
No.4 v No.5- A battle of Tigers is unlikely seeing that LSU blew it with not enough time to jump back in the NCG race, Ohio State vs West Virginia wins easily
No.3 v No.6- Last weeks 1 vs 2 against this week 1-2 pretty obvious which would win
No.2 v No.7- Kansas lost any chance of even getting to the NCG thus lost any chance of advancing in my playoff

Second Round
No.1 v No. 4- LSU vs Ohio State, the dream matchup....simply wont happen
No.6 v No.7- I just wanted to avoid any bias by having two West Virginia matchups in the finals so Ohio State v. Missouri

Third Round
No.4 v No.7- If the BCS is as hopeless as we all know it is, Ohio State finds its way back to the NCG but against who Mizzou or West Virginia, West Virginia has been my pick to win it all since preseason so No.4 wins the bracket. OSU vs WVU, it'll be a good game. Go Mountaineers

Once again I applaud your efforts and respectfully disagree. The team that is the best in the nation was UPSET, just like in a playoff (or tournament). Creating a neat and clean bracket makes that LSU loss meaningless. Because they still play for the SEC championship and that winner gets into the playoff. So an exciting high-stakes overtime becomes meaningless. Sad, it was truly a great game. But reality is that LSU lost and have been eliminated, just like in a playoff, or tournament. If enough other teams lose they may get another chance, but that is doubtful. Mizzou and WVU control their destiny, win and they move on, if one loses then OSU gets in, both lose and we have a massive debate over the best 2 loss team. However, I do not want to see a 2 loss team playing in a tournament, they've lost twice they are done, they blew it. If it happens that more teams lose before the season ends, that is different. But giving 2 and 3 loss teams a chance in a tournament each and every year to me makes regular season upsets mean far less than they do now.
