Trev Faulk (Treverance Donta Faulk) was born on August 6, 1981 in Lafayette (LA). After going to high school at Lafayette (LA), Faulk attended Louisiana State University. Faulk made his professional debut in the NFL in 2002 with the Arizona Cardinals. He played for the St. Louis Rams and Arizona Cardinals over the course of his 3 year career.
