Trent Green Out Two More Weeks At Least

Trent Green talked to reporters today for the first time since the hit in the Chiefs' home-opener that caused him a severe concussion. He said he's feeling a lot better and able to drive on his own. The situation is still day-to-day and he'll miss at least the next two games, due to the uncertainty of when he'll be able to practice again. He might, however, be able to attend the games at the sideline to be with his teammates.

I'm glad he doesn't want to rush back and I'm glad the team is letting him take his time. In other news, Turley is questionable for this week. So with the offensive line still not having it together, again I say, what protection does he have to come back to anyway? Oh, and no Errelltay Owensay in the main article. Your welcome.

I'm glad he's not rushing back, too. I don't want him to be another Steve Young or Troy Aikman, two QBs who peaked too early and for too short a time because of concussions.
