Treg Songy (Treg Joseph Songy) was born on June 15, 1962 in Houston, Texas. After going to high school at St. Augustine (New Orleans, LA), Songy attended Tulane University. Songy made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 1 year career.
