Travis Roach (Travis Morgan Roach) was born on March 18, 1950 in Hamilton, Texas. After going to high school at Marlin(TX), Roach attended the University of Texas. Roach made his professional debut in the NFL in 1974 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 1 year career.
