Travis Phelps

Born on July 25, 1977 in Neosho, Missouri, Travis Phelps (Travis Howard Phelps) played for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays and Milwaukee Brewers over the course of his 3 year career. Phelps broke into the bigs on April 19, 2001 with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, and put up a 3.48 ERA in 62 innings pitched in 2001, his rookie year.
