Transfer Window Slams Shut

So the transfer window has banged shut until January 1st 2007. Despite numerous rumours flying around, the Blades’ only confirmed signing was Colin Kazim-Richards from Brighton for £150,000. The striker has signed a three year deal and will take squad number 32.

Neil Warnock has claimed the Blades were in talks to bring more players to the Lane but various deals have fallen through for a myriad of reasons, including problems with a Tunisian work permit.

In other news, recent trialist Olivier Bernard has been released by Rangers has has resigned for former club, Newcastle United.

I think that West Ham did the best on deadline day with Tevez and Masherano.
