Tracy Simien (Tracy Anthony Simien) was born on May 21, 1967 in Bay City, Texas. After going to high school at Sweeny (TX), Simien attended Texas Christian University. Simien made his professional debut in the NFL in 1991 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs and San Diego Chargers over the course of his 8 year career.
Most people believe that 1992 was Tracy Simien's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
