Toronto Argonauts running back Ricky Williams underwent surgery late Sunday night to repair an injury sustained during Saturday night’s win in Regina. The one-hour procedure was performed by Team Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Rick Zarnett at Humber River Regional Hospital in the Toronto area. The surgery was by all accounts successful and has repaired the fracture to Williams’ left forearm. Toronto Argonauts Head Coach Michael “Pinball” Clemons will provide further updates early next week on Williams’ possible return date.
