Tony Plansky (Anthony Joseph Plansky) was born on June 20, 1900 in South Boston, Massachusetts. After going to high school at South Boston (MA), Plansky attended Georgetown University. Plansky made his professional debut in the NFL in 1928 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants and Boston Braves over the course of his 3 year career.
