Tony Muser (Anthony Joseph Muser) was born on August 1, 1947 in Van Nuys, California. He made his Major League debut on September 14, 1969 for the Boston Red Sox. In 1973, his rookie year, he hit .285 with 4 home runs and 30 RBI. Muser played for the Boston Red Sox, Chicago White Sox, Baltimore Orioles and Milwaukee Brewers over the course of his 9 year career.

Most people believe that Tony Muser's best season was 1973, when he hit for a .285 average.
